![]() Paid $360 for one night to listen to an elevator constantly bc our room was placed with a neighboring wall. Why all the defensiveness toward customers? And those long acrylic fingernails in the food industry?… ![]() As former restaurant owners, we saw many ways that this could have been better handled with a more pleasant outcome. When he made the statement, "Surely this isn't the "chicken sausage bowl" for $15? The lady made some comment about she couldn't help what the prices were, which at that time, I thanked the fellow customer for her assistance and concern over her order being correct, and asked my friend to just step away from the counter so we could eat and leave. However, it appeared to be just a chicken, egg and biscuit we couldn't see the sausage gravy described on the menu board there were no hash browns as compared to the egg, bacon and cheese on croissant, which cost $9.00 was bigger that the "chicken sausage bowl" and had hash browns. We did not take the lid off the container and he had never got this particular order in the past. My friend asked the lady who had handed us our order if the Chicken Sausage Bowl ($15) was correct? She just kind of gave him that "Why wouldn't it be correct" look. I didn't even go to the counter to discuss because I was still upset. Initially looking at the order, we thought we had gotten the wrong order and another customer also thought that we had her order. We wait for our buzzer to buzz and go pick up our order. I said to Mykrakeri, "What do I have remaining?" She answered and I finished up with some muffins. "What else?" By this time I'm questioning, "What is the rush here?" (in my mind). Then again, "What else?" I made the second item request, Chicken Sausage Bowl. So, this time I made that my second comment after greeting the staff member, "Mykrakeri." Before I could finish the statement, Mykrakeri, in a pushing, rushing manner, asked, "What can I get you?" (My friend and I are the only ones in line at this time.) I made the first item request, bacon, egg and cheese on croissant. In the past, I have been reprimanded for not telling the cashier that I had a "food credit" when ordering. ![]() on my last stop before departure, I went to Sweet Tea to use the $50 food credit, which I very much appreciate. Check-in went well, security was friendly, beverage staff was good, but then. …įor the most part staff is and always has been friendly. The area is somewhat depressing as several casinos have been razed or abandoned. Both vices are heavily enjoyed as of this date. MGM is in the process of delivering control of the operation to the Cherokee Indians in OK so there may be changes in the future as I am not acquainted with their smoking and alcohol stance. The casino was clean and I didn't have any issues. The food was good, portions were good and for a casino, the prices were good. 5 hours after I ate the $85 meal that consisted of onion soup, bread, baked potato and under cooked chicken breast I spent some time depositing the meal in the toilet as I was sick to my stomach. The Chicago Steak House was a disappointment for me. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The coffee maker had to "rest " between uses in order to brew two cups of coffee. The room was acceptable but a few small issues like loose towel rack and toilet paper holder. Nothing but farm land and a few casinos some miles apart. Great choice if your in the Tunica area but dont expect paradise.
